Join Dr. M for a Meditative Sound Experience, where you will be bathed in specific sound frequencies from various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, bells and drums. While enjoying the benefits of the negative ions in the Salt Room, and a short guided meditation, you will be invited to allow the waves of sound to wash over you and through you, bringing awareness to any congested energy in the body and mind, allowing yourself to release and relax, reducing stress and enhancing your well-being.  

Sound baths have been shown to have many positive effects on parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s relax and restore system. Some of these effects include reduction in heart rate, lowering of high blood pressure, and release of muscular tension, allowing participants to leave feeling calm, balanced, and renewed.
