"Essential Items to Help Combat Cold and Flu Symptoms This Season"

ECHINACEA - Echinacea is one of the most popular antiviral herbs on the market when it comes to fighting viruses and bacteria- and for good reason. Not only does it have the ability to boost your immune system by stimulating the production of cells to help fight infections, but it also contains phytochemicals that fight and help reduce infections once they occur. We love using both the Echinacea purpurea, and Echinacea angustufolia as they both have different actions when tackling ailments, and together create the perfect harmony. (Within our Cold’s Cocktail formula you can find both Echinacea’s, along with many other anti-viral allies such as ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar and more.)

Echinacea Plus*

This sweet and spicy immune tonic will support busting bugs out of the system! Our formula contains herbs that are studied for having potent antimicrobial, antiviral and immune enhancing properties: a strong dose of the two infamous Echinaceas (Purpurea and Angustifolia), along with Boldo leaf, often used in the rainforest to expel viruses, parasites and bacteria. We utilize the freshest, most vital ingredients like fresh Ginger, Garlic and cracked cell wall Turmeric.

Another go to product for colds

Super-Concentrate

Our Elderberry is double extracted, undergoing both a decoction, as well as extraction in alcohol and vegetable glycerin.

This high potency extract combines Elderberry, along with a high ratio of herbal antivirals such as Skullcap, Cordyceps, Reishi, Shiitake and Maitake. These herbal antivirals are incredibly immune supportive while being renowned as respiratory tonics. All of our mushrooms are 100% certified organic and grown in Washington state, where we use both fruiting body and mycelium.

This is not your common Elderberry syrup!

This is extra potent, and vegan. We don't use honey like classic formulations: instead, we use organic vegetable glycerin (VG) and organic cane spirits. We chose vegetable glycerin (VG) for our Elderberry Syrup over honey or other sweeteners found in traditional recipes, for several reasons:

  1. VG has a sweetness to it, but contains no sugar and therefore makes our Elderberry syrup completely sugar-free, safe for diabetics and vegans.

  2. Our Elderberry syrup travels just as easily as our tonics and elixirs... just pop it in your bag and go!  VG allows for it to be shelf stable, therefore it does not require refrigeration.

  3. While we absolutely think the honey or agave syrups are quite a treat, we find that if you're doing truly medicinal doses of 4-6 teaspoons per day at the first sign of illness, the sugar adds up.

Natural healing and wellness

There are lots and lots of items on the shelves these days for all sorts of symptoms. If you are looking for natural ways to heal, there are wonderful companies who are using plants to do it. Humans have been on this planet for thousands of years, we didn't die out because there are herbs and plants to help heal. If you haven't given it a try, now might be the time. Sometimes you just need some hot chicken soup and a day on the couch.
